SCS SB 966 -- SPECIAL LICENSE PLATE

This bill allows for a special license plate bearing the emblem
of the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.  To obtain the plate, a
person must get a use authorization statement ($25 contribution)
from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and present the statement
along with any other documents which may be required and payment
of a $15 fee in addition to the regular registration fees to the
Department of Revenue.  The fee for personalized license plates
will not be required.
